How come the winners are the only team with a single member?

The rules of the hackathon states that the team should be of 2to4 members, then how did you choosed the winner who are just a single member in team? Why don't you follow the rules?
Also is submitting multiple projects by a single person allowed in the hackathon?

    Yeah i saw that and mailed them regarding the project green hand website ,it is created a year ago just saw the youtube uploaded date

    Also 3 of the winners are a single team member which is not allowed as per rules. Also one person has submitted multiple projects and both of the projects he submitted are the winner

    I think we need to report this to the Devpost team as well.

    Also the other winning project is not aligned with the problem statement of this hackathon

    They will tell ,it is not managed by devpost etc....

    i too see some other projects with lots of explanation and a good presentation in the gallery ,but some winning project does not even have a demo videos
